| Note: WWDubya is also working on the RNAS no.3 wing skins. He has posted a picture on a post about the wing cutouts but his skin is of the one we have submitted now. It did show markings on the horizontal stab that I didnt see on the replica pics I used to paint from. I dug further and finally found a pic of the replica plane and indeed it has those markings. I corrected the skin and below is a picture of the corrected plane. I will package up the dds file and get it off to Duff4r asap so the correct file can be placed on ROF for submittal. I also wrote to Dubya to let him know we too have that plane up for votes and it is doing well. ( just so he wouldn't be shocked if he saw it ) Also I wrote Panthercules and asked what happens in this case. Usually if there are 2 skins of the same , unless 1 is voluntarily removed they both would be voted on and incorporated in the skin pack so the choices are there for the masses to use either one. here is the correction  | |

Also I just received a reply from Dubya... his plane is a different one.
Ours is #17 where as his is the #9.
#17 has the configuration of red/white/red/white in the diagonal,
where as #9 has the red/white/red.
cool, a sister ship and his work on the rest of the no.3 wing will be cool to see when finished.
