I intend to lead No.42 Sqn for this tournament, however, I'd like input from our allied squads Wingwalkers and =TM= to break out overall leadership, which I am willing to do, but I don't want to step on anybody's toes if they want a shot at Commanding.
Some things to consider: should we break the map into three zones and each of us is responsible for their zone? We've done a WW flight following orders from the Commander...do we want to do this again and with =TM= or do we try a different organization this time?
How many pilots can we expect to see this time from WW and how many from =TM=?

Seven so far is good! We're going to definitely man-up some airframes!
How do you guys feel about leadership structure? Want to keep it as before or does somebody in WW want to be considered for overall command. I'm perfectly content to do it, just don't want to deny someone the opportunity if they want it.

I think we are fine working under a squadron 42 leader. Dub will lead our flight under your direction. We will primarily be a scout flight, but we have capable bombers , recon guys. guessing Fly will go wherever you send him
