teamspeak problems

I had originally installed the 32 bit version and was having problems adding bookmarks.
after installing the 64 bit version I am seeing the servers ok but not the people that are in it.
any ideas what i may have done to cause this ?

You can't see people on the channels when you are in Teamspeak?

Do this.

Click "Settings"
"Options"
"Design"
Make sure "Expand all channels on login" is selected. Does your selections look the same as picture below?

Make changes and click "Apply" and then "Ok"
