Below are the historical WWI medals that we'll use in RoF for No.42 Squadron. The actual criteria has been altered to suit our mission in the simulation. Please feel free to follow the guidelines in recommending pilots for medals. Recommendations should be made to your Flight Leader, the XO and CO by PM. Please include detailed reason(s) why the person you think should get the medal.

MEDAL RECOMMENDATION:
I, ____________, recommend pilot __________  for the __________ Medal because of the action of _______.

Listed from highest to lowest achievement.

Recommendation: CO or XO. Awarded by: unanimous secret vote of HQ. ("Secret" meaning once it goes to a vote, nobody shall explain their vote, so nobody is on the line to defend their "nay" vote).
