| Stubby has worked tirelessly and for countless hours to create a tournament and map to be enjoyed by the No.42 Squadron and the entire Rise of Flight Community. In the past, several attempts have been made to adapt the Flanders in Flames tournament to Rise of Flight. These attempts met with some success, but also encountered obstacles that appeared to be impossible to overcome. These obstacles strained the good relationship between the No.42 Squadron and the JG1 Squadron resulting in a 'time-out' suspension of Ops.
Stubby, knowing the depth of the tasks at hand stepped forward and began working with JG1 mission builders. They, as a TEAM went back to the drawing board and created an entirely new tournament format. A format that was challenging, fair and enjoyable for both squadrons. It is a gift from our two squadrons to the Rise of Flight Community. Stubby, with this huge undertaking in hand continued to lead Green Flight in successful operations and assist in both squadron administration and server maintainance.
The results of his efforts are evident in the new Flanders in Flames Tournament which has exceeded all expectations. The tournament is now opened to additional squadrons and carefully selected individuals from the Rise of Flight Community. Flanders In Flames now stands as an equal among other multi-squad tournaments in the Rise of Flight Community.
Gentlemen, Working with members of another squad is extremely difficult. Stubby has accomplished the task with notable diplomacy and honor. His ability, initiative and leadership is to be commended. As Commanding Officer of No.42 Squadron, it is with great honor and pride that I present Stubby with:

You are a credit to this squadron and to yourself. Your work is amazing and both on time and accurate. You have shown good sense in flight assignments and a sense of calm during crisis situations both as a Mission Tournament Lead and Green Flight lead. Congratulations!
